I am a psychologist, licensed in Utah and California, serving adolescents and adults of all ages. I offer both telehealth and in-person counseling services. I have a particular interest in helping with anxiety, parenting, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, stress, health concerns, depression, trauma, life transitions, grief/loss, and relationship concerns.
Work with me to identify and progress towards your goals. I use research-supported techniques within a warm, transparent, and interpersonally engaged therapeutic relationship. My aim is for our work to be as targeted and effective as possible.
Mindful Parenting Groups
Connect with other parents, let go of guilt and self-criticism, and develop or deepen a mindfulness practice. I offer an 8-week mindfulness-based psychotherapy group focusing on self-compassion in addition to mindful parenting workshops.
